Our mission of building hyper-reliable computer systems to all customers translates
to some of the strongest computer warranties in the industry. All desktops come
with a standard 3-year Parts and Labor Warranty, and laptops come with a standard

At this time, we unfortunately do not have on-site support around the country. Instead,
if we determine that we need to perform any repairs in-house, we will have a shipping
company pick up your system at your convenience, at our expense. We will pay for
the shipping to and from WaveBlue if the problem is covered under the Parts
and Labor Warranty. Premium packages will upgrade all shipping to Overnight and
will receive priority attention. Business warranties will receive highest priority.
All of our warranties include Remote Assistance. Remote Assistance is a service
we employ to remotely take control of a customer's computer (with the customer's
authorization and supervision) in order to most quickly solve a problem or perform
any requested tasks. This service requires no software and is done completely over
the web.
